Have a paper towel handy, as turmeric can get a bit messy due to the coconut oil liquefies. This mixture is not recommended to use daily due to Turmeric and baking powder are abrasive. I would recommend doing it three times a week, once a day.

- 1 PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
- 1 PINCH OF CINNAMON
- 1/4 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC
- 1 TEASPOON COCONUT OIL
- A FEW CARDAMOMS
- 1 TEASPOON GINGER PASTE
- 1 TEASPOON HONEY
Add all the ingredients into a sauce pan stir well and heat
