If you or anyone you know is experiencing IBS as I have please let them know there is hope.  A few things I have tried at this time is the Peppermint extract, I put approximately 4 to 5 drops into a glass of water and drink it in between meals.  At night I might have a hot cup of peppermint tea.  Another thing that has helped is more exercise, I’m sure sitting on my bum all day doesn’t do me much good.
