Yes, you either love it or hate it, but one can’t deny it has numerous health benefits attached to it. So, let’s drink up! Apple cider vinegar is loaded with health benefits. Such as antibiotic properties, kills yeast, bacteria, and fungus to mention a few. It’s also packed with Vitamins C, B1, B6, B12, Potassium and Magnesium. Many of the claims I list here, have been supported by science.
WHAT TO BUY:
There are many brands out there, I personally use Bragg’s. Bragg’s organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar that contains “mother”. What is Mother? Mother is strands of protein, enzymes and good bacteria. The vinegar should have a cloudy look to it. Always shake the bottle before apply it to food, water, etc.
DIFFERENT WAYS TO TAKE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
- In Tea
- On a salad
- On a Meal
- Drink it – 1-2 tablespoons of Vinegar diluted in one glass of water (optional add 1 teaspoon cayenne, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper). This mixture packs a punch to aid your body to detox as well as lose belly fat.
WITH A MEAL
Shaking apple cider vinegar onto your vegetables and or a salad is a healthy way to get minerals and vitamins into body.

Bathing in apple cider vinegar will restore PH balances into your body as well as provides your systems with vitamins C & B. It will even moisturize your skin as well as kill body order caused by bacteria. All of this is processed by the vinegar absorbing into your skin.

HOW TO APPLY APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TO YOUR HAIR:
- Using 1 cup water, add two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar.
- After shampooing and conditioning, apply the mixture onto your head, rubbing it into your scalp. Let sit for approximately five 5 minutes. Then rinse with water.
- Do this once or twice a week. Less if you experience irritation from the vinegar.
Avoid getting the apple cider vinegar mixture into your eyes. If you do, rinse them out with water. Some people may experience burning from the vinegar. If this does happen, lessen the amount of vinegar you put into the cup of water, also consider doing once a week versus twice a week or even once every other week.
HOW TO DRINK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons diluted with in a 12 to 16oz glass of water. Drinking straight is not recommended as it can damage the enamel on your teeth and esophagus. Each morning I drink a glass of Apple Cider Vinegar using approximately 2 tablespoons of vinegar and dilute in a 12oz glass of water. You may add honey if you don’t care for the taste. I mix mine with cayenne pepper, black pepper and turmeric. This morning drink is packed with vitamins. It’s best to sip versus gulping it.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CAN HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT
Research has shown that drinking a glass of water and adding 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar is a useful aid in losing weight. I can vouch for that as for I have lost 10 lbs. over a period of approximately 6 months without even trying. Basically, my belly fat has diminished tremendously.
